Heart Break and Chakras
4 min readBeing healthy in your body and mind and focusing on having your chakras balanced can help to center your energy. If you find that you are overly sensitive, then you will realize that there are things about your psychic energies that you probably have not considered in your life.
If you have suffered from relationship problems or a broken heart, it can cause you to feel sad, depressed, have physical illnesses such as diabetes, heart problems, colds, immune system disorders and more. When you experience these problems, it can cause you not to be able to have self-love or to love others because when your chakra is unbalanced, your energy is going to be unbalanced as well.
Heart Chakra
Having a broken heart can cause your chakras to be blocked and can cause you not to be able to have good energies. The blockages will continue through one chakra to another. If more chakras become blocked, you can even experience illnesses such as cancer or a heart attack.
The heart chakra is related to the lungs, thymus, ribs and most importantly, the heart. When the heart chakra is unbalanced, it can cause you to become sad and depressed and to stop having compassion for others. It can cause you not to be able to get or give love and to become defensive.
When you have went through a loss, you have to figure out where your pain is. Is it in your stomach or is it in your heart? Sometimes when you feel lonely it is the sacral chakra that is located in the stomach that is acting up because of your feelings.
Take time to think about your breakup and what you were feeling, and you might realize that the emptiness comes from your stomach, which can lead to stomach pain.
Other physical symptoms of a broken heart or an unbalanced chakra can go into any of the seven chakras. If it is in the solar plexus, it can cause you to have low self-esteem and to not be strong in your ego. This can cause you to worry about yourself and others, feel bad for yourself or to not be interested in fun things in life.
Sometimes the solar plexus imbalance can cause you to have problems such as:
- Stomach pain
- Indigestion.
- Hypoglycemia.
- Diabetes
- Respiratory problems
- Arthritis
- Kidney problems
- Liver problems
- Fibromyalgia
- Nerve problems
- Weight gain
- Weight loss
The heart and the solar plexus chakra work together and this is where your intuition is and where you have gut feelings about what you should do. When your heart chakra is unblocked, you can feel happy and you can feel energetic and goodness in your life.
When the solar plexus is strong, you will feel harmony and love and when it is unbalanced, it can bring pain and bitterness into your life. This can leave you feeling rejected and lonely and can make you feel at a loss.
When you have pain in your sacral chakra, this is hard to understand because this is where your self being is. This causes you to begin to speak negatively about yourself and to feel that you are unworthy and not good enough. Your words begin to change, and you do not connect with yourself or with your spiritual world.
Your heart chakra helps to keep everything balanced and when you have pain from a loss, it can travel to other parts of your chakra. The heart chakra is where healing takes place and the energies can go through your body and balance all of the emotional, physical and mental parts of your being.
When you have heartbreak, the energy flow that you have does not move correctly and it can cause you to stop feeling goodness and instead feel lonely. It can take away your happiness and give you hurt and take your compassion and leave you pain.
One way to change from an imbalanced heart to a balanced heart chakra is to do meditation exercises such as yoga, breathing exercises, Reiki or other healing energy techniques. By doing this, you can move your energies through your body, and you can heal pain that is from a broken heart. You can change your emotions and learn to heal faster.
There are other ways you can keep your chakras balanced and you have to find what is best for you. Going through hard and painful situations can cause you to be unbalanced in your chakra and you need to move towards balancing them for a healthy mind, body and spirit.
