Connecting with Your Energy Source
4 min readPeople that are psychics, healers and have spiritual gifts know that there is a connection between their being and energies. There is something that you can reach which is a higher spiritual place or an energy source.
You can never get rid of energy but when you feel that you aren’t connected this can mean that you are not connected to the energy as strong as you should be. When we were formed, we were able to connect with our human body to energy. When you die, your energy keeps moving.
Connecting with energy is something that is good. This energy gives you the strength that you need to be able to make it through life. You will know that you are connected because you feel strong, and you feel that you aren’t alone.
What is the Energy Source?
Understanding that you are connected to energy is important, but it is more important to know that the energy never goes away or fails you. This energy can stay strong, and you can have it with you at all times without feeling disconnected from it.
If you find that you do feel stressed, confused or scared, chances are that you might not have as strong of a connection as you need. Having a strong connecting with your energy source is about what you believe in. The more that you know that the source is close to you, the more you will feel it.
Reaching Your Energy Source
You can do things that can help you to connect with your energy source stronger. You can do things so that you can have peace and joy. This allows the energy to flow at its fullest through your life.
Take time to sit down and be quiet. Concentrate on your breathing and allow yourself to relax. Even if you don’t want to meditate, you don’t have to. Just breath and relax and let the energy fill your life.
You can also go outside into nature. Go to the beach, for a hike, for a walk. Go where you can breathe in the fresh air and let nature fill you.
Another thing you can do is to be around people that make you feel good. Find people that make you smile and those that make you laugh. Talk to them. Let them be sympathetic towards you when you need that. Let them be a source of comfort that brings energy.
Be creative in things that you love to do. Find things in the world that bring you joy. Enjoy colors, smells and whatever kinds of things your creativity brings you. Let this help you connect with energy in a strong way.
Become Strong
If you find that you are sad or depressed, there are things that you can do to build your feelings. This doesn’t happen right away. Having sadness or low self-esteem has to change and you have to change your thoughts to be more positive. This takes time but you can make it happen. Here are some ways to reach your stronger energy:
- Know the energy is always flowing through you even when you feel bad.
- Energy is love and you are loved.
- Appreciate what is around you.
- Find things that you can look forward to such as planning time with friends.
- Love yourself and do things that are kind for yourself.
- Stay busy. Find something you love to do or something that you need to do and do it.
- Be creative.
Every time you do something you will have a stronger energy connection.
Let the Energy In
Sometimes we work too hard because we want to be the best that we can be. We don’t allow ourselves to rest or see ourselves as important. We push our lives and our careers, and we never feel that we have enough. No matter where you are in your life, you are enough, and you have enough.
Allow things to come into your life. Allow yourself to have peace and energy. All you have to do is to open up and allow this. Accept things in your life and release those things that you cannot change. Let go of worry and stress. Be confident even if you aren’t in control. Work with the universe and not against it.
When you allow yourself to be creative, go with it and do these things. Don’t feel guilty if you are enjoying your life. Allow yourself to be happy until it becomes something that you are doing without trying.
Why Energy is Good
Once you feel in control of your energy you will see that there are things that you cannot control and that is okay. Be calm and let energy come. Let things inspire you. Know that moods change but that you are only feeling bad for a short time. This feeling will pass, and you will feel better.
Appreciate the things that you have and remember that love is a source of energy. You will see that your life is getting better and that you are comforted by this energy. People will want to be around you. They will be around you because you make them feel better. Allow yourself to have inner guidance and learn to trust that your source of energy is there to help you.
What a beautifully articulated reminder of our intrinsic connection to energy! It’s inspiring to see such an emphasis on personal empowerment and the cultivation of positivity.
*Allow yourself to breathe*? Thanks for the life-changing tip! Maybe next you’ll tell us to drink water when we’re thirsty! Seriously though, this piece is a delightful mix of common sense and mysticism.
Energy cannot be quantified nor objectively defined, yet here we are treating it as a universal panacea for emotional struggles. Shouldn’t we explore psychological frameworks instead?
! What an uplifting read! Engaging with creativity truly is a powerful way to reconnect with oneself. Painting or dancing can indeed invite energy into our lives!
While I appreciate the poetic nature of this post, it borders on pseudoscience. Energy connections are metaphysical concepts that lack empirical evidence. We need more grounded approaches to mental well-being.
I find the suggestions about connecting with nature particularly resonant. It’s amazing how a simple walk can rejuvenate our spirits and remind us of our place in the world.
‘You are enough’? A lovely sentiment but far too simplistic for those grappling with real issues. Perhaps we should address systemic problems rather than rely solely on personal energy!
‘Just breathe and relax’? This sounds like advice from my yoga instructor after I’ve already twisted myself into a pretzel! Yet, there’s undeniable truth in finding joy amidst chaos.
